Day 11 - Salt Lake to Reno
Today was a big travel day. We left Logan, Utah, a pretty little city in northern Utah, to head for Reno, NV at 10 a.m. We arrived in Reno at 7 p.m. (after gaining an hour). It was pretty much desert and mountains from Salt Lake to Reno. Salt Lake is a very ugly lake, but the salt flats were pretty cool. We went into downtown Reno for dinner tonight and it was hopping! A ball game, concert and antique car parade! It's like Vegas's little brother. Onto California tomorrow to see Victor and Julie! Cannot wait!
